Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Haiyuntu.

1. Service and eligibility

Haiyuntu is provided by Anhui Guolan Network Technology Co., Ltd. Users must be legally able to accept these Terms and may connect only accounts they own or are authorized to manage.

2. User control and authorization

Connecting a platform does not authorize unrestricted posting. Users review the destination, content and available settings and expressly confirm each publication. Authorization may be revoked at any time.

3. Content ownership

Users retain ownership of their content. Users grant Guolan a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, preview and transfer content solely to operate features they request. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to limited backups and legal obligations.

4. User responsibilities

  • Use only accounts and content the user owns or is authorized to use.
  • Comply with TikTok, Meta and each connected platform's terms, community rules and technical restrictions.
  • Do not publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful or spam content.
  • Provide accurate commercial-content disclosures and comply with advertising and endorsement laws.
  • Protect login credentials and promptly report unauthorized use.

5. Music and commercial content

Users are solely responsible for securing music, image, video, trademark, publicity and other rights. TikTok posts may require agreement to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and, where applicable, Branded Content Policy. Haiyuntu does not grant music licenses or determine whether content qualifies for commercial use.

6. Platform dependency

Features depend on third-party APIs, permissions, reviews, limits and availability. A platform may restrict, delay, reject or remove content. Haiyuntu does not guarantee publication, reach, engagement or uninterrupted availability.

7. Suspension

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, platforms or the service; respond to a platform request; investigate abuse; or comply with law. Users may stop using Haiyuntu and request deletion at any time.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Guolan is not responsible for user content, platform decisions or indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
