Haiyuntu Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of data that Haiyuntu received from a connected platform at any time.

Delete inside Haiyuntu

  1. Sign in to Haiyuntu.
  2. Open Social Accounts.
  3. Select the account that you connected and choose Disconnect.
  4. Confirm removal. Haiyuntu revokes or removes stored authorization credentials and deletes locally associated platform account data.

Request assisted deletion

Email api_service@golantechcn.com from the email address associated with your Haiyuntu account. Include the platform and connected account name, but never send a password or access token. We verify and complete valid requests within 30 days unless continued retention is legally required.

Meta data deletion callback

Meta may send a signed deletion request directly to our configured callback. Haiyuntu validates the signed request, deletes data associated with the Meta user identifier, and returns a status URL and unique confirmation code.

Data Deletion Instructions

Disconnect a platform, revoke authorization or request deletion of Haiyuntu data.

Option 1: Disconnect in Haiyuntu

  1. Sign in at publish.golantechcn.com.
  2. Open Connections or Account Settings.
  3. Select the connected TikTok, Facebook or Instagram account.
  4. Choose Disconnect and confirm.

Disconnecting stops future access through that connection and starts deletion of stored OAuth tokens.

Option 2: Revoke on the social platform

You may remove Haiyuntu from TikTok's connected-app settings or Meta's Business Integrations settings. After revocation, Haiyuntu can no longer use the revoked token. To also delete historical Haiyuntu records, submit the request below.

Option 3: Request deletion by email

Email api_service@golantechcn.com with the subject “Haiyuntu Data Deletion Request.” Include:

  • Haiyuntu account email or user ID;
  • connected platform and account display name;
  • whether you request connection-data deletion or full account deletion.

Processing time and status

We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and complete verified deletion within 30 days. OAuth tokens are deleted or rendered unusable within 7 days. If law, security or a dispute requires limited retention, we will explain the category and basis.

We provide a deletion reference number by email. Reply to the acknowledgment email with that number to request status. When deletion is complete, we send a confirmation.

What is deleted

Depending on the request: platform identifiers, tokens, saved connection details, user-saved content, publishing records and account profile information. Deleting Haiyuntu data does not delete content already published on a social platform; users must remove that content on the platform itself.
