Haiyuntu — User-controlled social media publishing
Haiyuntu is a social media publishing and operations application operated by Anhui Guolan Network Technology Co., Ltd. It helps users connect and manage social media accounts they own or are authorized to manage.
Official OAuth authorization
Users connect accounts through the official OAuth flow provided by each platform. Haiyuntu does not collect platform passwords. After authorization, users can upload and preview content, edit titles and descriptions, select account-specific publishing settings, publish immediately or schedule a post, and track processing results.
TikTok content publishing
Before a TikTok post is submitted, Haiyuntu retrieves the latest creator information and displays the connected creator's identity and current publishing capabilities. The user must manually choose a privacy setting supported by the creator account. Comment, Duet and Stitch permissions are off by default and unavailable options are disabled.
Haiyuntu displays a preview of the content and requires the user to explicitly confirm the upload. Commercial content disclosure is off by default. When enabled, users must identify whether the content promotes their own brand, another brand, or both, and agree to the applicable TikTok policies.
Haiyuntu does not add its own watermark, logo, promotional link or promotional text to content submitted to TikTok. Publishing status, platform publish ID and available platform error information are shown to the user.
Meta and Instagram features
Users may connect Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and supported business assets that they own or are authorized to manage. Available functions depend on the permissions granted by the user and approved for the Haiyuntu application. Social-media authorization and advertising authorization use separate OAuth configurations.

Publishing status
The service checks upload and processing status so authorized users can confirm whether a video completed successfully.
Comment management
Authorized channel comments can be displayed and replied to manually or through user-configured rules with reply limits and duplicate protection.
Channel analytics
Read-only analytics help company staff review the performance of content published to authorized channels.
Access is granted by each user through Google OAuth.
User control
- Accounts are accessed only after explicit OAuth authorization.
- Users choose the destination account and publishing settings.
- Content is uploaded only after the user confirms the preview and settings.
- Connected accounts can be disconnected and platform access can be revoked.
- Users can request deletion of stored platform data.
- Platform data is not sold or used for unrelated profiling.
