Meta account management and permission use

Haiyuntu requests only the permissions needed for user-initiated connection, content review, publishing and status display.

How authorization works

  1. The user chooses “Connect Facebook & Instagram” in Haiyuntu.
  2. Meta displays its own authorization screen, identity and requested permissions.
  3. The user selects the eligible Facebook Pages and connected Instagram professional accounts they want Haiyuntu to manage.
  4. Haiyuntu displays the selected account so the user can confirm the publishing destination.
  5. Before each publication, the user reviews the content, destination and platform settings and explicitly confirms.

Features and permission purposes

Basic identity / account connection

Used to identify the authorizing user and maintain the connection they requested. Haiyuntu does not post to a personal profile.

List managed Pages

Used to show only Pages the user is eligible to manage, so they can select a publishing destination.

Page content publishing

Used only when the user explicitly confirms a post to a selected Facebook Page.

Instagram professional account

Used to identify an eligible Instagram Business or Creator account linked to the selected Page.

Instagram content publishing

Used only to publish user-reviewed media to the selected professional account after explicit confirmation.

Publishing status and engagement

Used to show the result of a user-requested publication and, where enabled and approved, engagement associated with content managed through Haiyuntu.

Revoke access

Users can disconnect an account inside Haiyuntu, remove the app from Meta's Business Integrations settings, or submit a request through our Data Deletion page.
