1. Scope and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (golantechcn.com), our "GuoLan Pod" Meta application (the "App"), and your interactions with us through Meta's platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp).
The App integrates WhatsApp Business API through a Meta-authorized Business Solution Provider (BSP) for customer communication and messaging, and does not directly connect to Meta Cloud API.
By using the App or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or related services.
2. Description of Services
The App provides the following functions:

3. Account Registration and Security
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information (name, email, WhatsApp number, etc.)
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
4.1 Permitted Conduct
- Communicate with our customer service team via the App
- Receive marketing communications you have explicitly subscribed to (e.g., promotions, new product announcements)
- Use Facebook Login for convenient website access
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
- Use the App to send spam, fraudulent messages, or malicious content
- Attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or damage the App or related APIs
- Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of the App without authorization
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations (including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable local laws)
- Send content prohibited by Meta via WhatsApp (e.g., illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit content)
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account, and we may report such conduct to relevant authorities.
5. Messaging and WhatsApp Usage Rules
- We integrate WhatsApp Business API through a Meta-authorized Business Solution Provider (BSP), not directly via Meta Cloud API
- WhatsApp messages we send fall into two categories:
- Transactional/Notification Messages: Order confirmations, shipping updates, after-sales follow-ups (no prior consent required)
- Marketing Messages: Promotions, new product recommendations (sent only with your explicit consent; you may reply "STOP" to unsubscribe at any time)
- WhatsApp messaging follows Meta's session-based pricing
- You acknowledge that WhatsApp is a third-party platform; service interruptions or policy changes may affect message delivery, for which we are not liable
- You may unsubscribe from any marketing messages by replying "STOP". After unsubscribing, you will no longer receive marketing content from us
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and sharing of your personal information is governed by the "GuoLan Pod Meta App Privacy Policy", which includes complete data processing descriptions and data deletion instructions.

7. Intellectual Property
- The App (including its code, design, and content) is owned by Anhui Guolan Network Technology Co., Ltd.
- You retain ownership of content you submit or post via the App, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of business communication and service operation in connection with the App
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
- THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
- We do not guarantee that WhatsApp messages will be delivered or that Meta advertising will achieve expected results
- We are not liable for any loss caused by force majeure (including but not limited to Meta platform failures, BSP service interruptions, cyberattacks, government actions)
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANHUI GUOLAN NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Data loss or business interruption
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD (whichever is higher).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anhui Guolan Network Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, including improper use, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of applicable laws.
11. Service Changes and Termination
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice
- We may update these Terms. Revised Terms will be posted on this page. For material changes, we will notify you via website notice or email
- Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (without regard to conflict of laws principles)
- Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court located in Bengbu City, Anhui Province, China (the registered address of Anhui Guolan Network Technology Co., Ltd.)
- This App is primarily designed for B2B business use and is not directed at consumers. Mandatory local consumer laws, where applicable, shall not be overridden.
13. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by reasons beyond our reasonable control (including Meta or BSP service interruptions)
- No Third-Party Beneficiaries: Except as expressly provided, no third party has the right to enforce any provision of these Terms
