This Privacy Policy applies to data processing when you interact with our "GuoLan Pod" Meta application (the "App"). The App helps us interact with you through Meta's platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp), optimize advertising, and ultimately consolidate customer communications into WhatsApp.
This App is for business and internal operational purposes only, not for consumer public services.

Special Note on WhatsApp Data:
We do not independently store full WhatsApp message raw data. Message transmission and storage are managed by our authorized BSP (Business Solution Provider) as a sub-processor.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
4.1 Meta Platforms, Inc.
The App transmits your behavioral data (via Meta Pixel and Conversions API) and your interactions with our WhatsApp Business account to Meta Platforms, Inc. (including its affiliates in Ireland and the United States) .
- For analytics and messaging services: Meta processes this data as our data processor.
- For metadata related to WhatsApp communications: Meta acts as an independent data controller regarding your metadata, such as your phone number, IP address, and message timestamps, in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.
4.2 Business Solution Provider (BSP)
As noted in Section 1, the App's WhatsApp functionality is enabled through a Meta-authorized Business Solution Provider (BSP) . The BSP acts as our sub-processor, transmitting message data solely on our instructions and for no other purpose.
Note: This Privacy Policy does not replace any separate terms the BSP may require. Please refer to your separate agreement with the BSP for BSP-specific data processing matters.
4.3 Other Service Providers
The App may share your information with third-party partners who provide services to us, including logistics companies, payment processors, and cloud service providers.
4.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information when we believe it is necessary and appropriate to: (a) comply with applicable laws or respond to legal process; (b) protect our rights or property; (c) prevent fraud or abuse.

Data Deletion Requests
If you wish to delete your personal data generated during your interaction with our "GuoLan Pod" App or WhatsApp Business account, please send an email to api_service@golantechcn.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and provide your WhatsApp number or registered email address in the body. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm via email.
7. Children's Privacy
Our App and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete such information.
8. International Data Transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:
