[guolanshop] POD T-Shirt Shipping & Logistics Policy (For US Market Only)
This Shipping & Logistics Policy applies exclusively to orders within the United States for custom POD (Print-on-Demand) T-Shirt products sold by [Your Store Name / guolanshop]. It outlines the rules regarding order processing, shipping, shipping fees, tracking, and returns/exchanges. Placing an order signifies your acceptance of this policy.
I. Order Processing Time
1. Order Processing Cycle: All POD T-Shirt orders undergo design confirmation, fabric printing, and quality inspection. The standard processing time is 1-3 business days (calculated from the date of payment confirmation).
2. Special Notes: Orders are not processed on weekends or US federal holidays (e.g., Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas). Processing resumes the next business day. During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday), processing may extend to 3-5 business days. Advance notice will be posted on the store homepage.
II. Shipping Fees
1. Standard Shipping Rates (Contiguous 48 States):
◦ Order Subtotal < $100: Flat rate shipping fee of $5.99.
◦ Order Subtotal ≥ $100: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping.
◦ Multi-item Orders: Orders with 2 or more T-shirts calculate shipping based on weight (an additional $1.5 per item). Free shipping on qualified orders still applies.
2. Remote Area Surcharge: For Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico, and other remote areas, an additional $8 per item remote delivery surcharge applies on top of the base shipping/free shipping policy. Expedited shipping is not available to these areas.
3. Expedited Shipping (Optional): Select "Expedited Shipping" at checkout if needed. Shipping fees are calculated in real-time based on carrier (USPS/UPS) rates. Processing time shortens to 1-2 business days, and delivery time is 2-3 business days.
III. Shipping Information
1. Shipping Destinations: We ship only within the United States (including the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico). We do not currently support international shipping or shipping to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
2. Delivery Times (from the date of shipment):
◦ Standard Shipping: Contiguous 48 states: 3-5 business days; Remote areas (AK, HI, etc.): 5-8 business days.
◦ Shipping Carriers: We primarily partner with mainstream carriers like USPS and UPS. The system automatically assigns the carrier based on the address.
3. Delay Notice: Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by carrier delays, weather disasters, holiday congestion, or other force majeure events are beyond our control. We will assist in contacting the carrier for follow-up but are not liable for compensation related to delays.
IV. Order Tracking Service
1. Tracking Number: Within 24 hours of your order shipping, the system will automatically send a shipment confirmation email with the logistics tracking number to your order email. Tracking information will also be updated in your Shopify order details page.
2. Tracking Method: Click the tracking link in the email or log into your Shopify account and go to "My Orders" to view real-time logistics status on the carrier's website (tracking numbers typically activate within 24 hours of shipment; please allow time for updates if not immediately visible).
3. Issue Resolution: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, or if there's no tracking update for over 7 days, please contact our customer service within 24 hours. We will assist in initiating an inquiry and claim with the carrier.
V. Return & Exchange Policy
As POD T-Shirts are customized products made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality related reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
1. Eligible Scenarios (Must apply within 30 days of receipt):
◦ T-shirt has obvious printing defects (e.g., blurry, missing, or incorrect print).
◦ Fabric has quality issues like damage or unraveled seams.
◦ Incorrect size or incorrect style shipped (order screenshot and product photos required as evidence).
2. Return/Exchange Process:
◦ Contact Customer Service: Email [GuoLanAPI@outlook.com] with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting evidence (photos/video of the product).
◦ Review & Handling: We will review within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will provide return/exchange instructions and a free return shipping label.
◦ Refund/Reprint: Upon receiving the returned item and confirming the issue, you may choose a full refund or a free reprint and shipment (reprint time follows standard order processing time).
3. Non-Eligible Scenarios:
◦ Dissatisfaction due solely to personal preference or incorrect size selection (size chart provided before checkout).
◦ Damage caused after receipt due to personal reasons (stains, tears, improper washing).
◦ Return/exchange request submitted more than 30 days after receipt.
VI. Disclaimer
1. We are only responsible for the printing, packaging, and shipping of orders as agreed. Issues like damage or loss during transit are primarily the responsibility of the carrier. We will fully assist you in filing a claim.
2. If orders cannot be processed or shipped normally due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, policy changes), we will notify you promptly. You may choose delayed shipment or a full refund.
3. [guolanshop] reserves the final right of interpretation of this policy. Any revisions will be announced on the store homepage and become effective from the announcement date.
