How long will the order be dispatched?
Most of the in-stock products will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. The delivery time for customized or pre-sale products will be indicated on the product details page.
Which regions are supported for delivery?

How to check the logistics status?
After dispatch, we will send the logistics tracking number by email. You can check the progress on the order details page or the official website of the corresponding courier company.

Are the colors in the pictures the same as the actual product?
Our product pictures are taken of the actual items, but due to differences in displays and lighting, there may be slight deviations in color. Please refer to the actual product.
How to confirm if the product size is suitable for my space?
Each product details page provides detailed size diagrams. It is recommended that you measure the space before placing an order. If you have any questions, you can contact the customer service for 3D size reference.
What are the materials and maintenance methods of the furniture?
For wooden furniture, avoid direct sunlight and humid environments. Regularly wipe with a dry cloth. For fabric materials, you can use a mild cleaner for local cleaning. The specific maintenance instructions are included with the product.
Returns and After-sales
Is 7-day no-reason return and exchange supported?
Yes, it is supported. Within 7 days after receiving the goods, if the product is in good condition and the packaging is intact, you can apply for a no-reason return or exchange. The shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
What if the product has a quality problem?
Please contact the customer service within 48 hours after receiving the goods and provide photos. We will free of charge re-send accessories or arrange for a return or exchange. The shipping cost is borne by us.
Do large furniture items offer installation services?
Some cities offer paid door-to-door installation services. You can choose this option when placing an order; you can also assemble it yourself according to the installation video included with the box.

How to modify or cancel an order?
You can contact the customer service to modify or cancel the order before it is dispatched; orders that have been dispatched cannot be modified. If you need to return the product, please apply after receiving it.
