This policy applies exclusively to custom POD (Print-on-Demand) t-shirt products purchased within the United States (including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). It specifies the procedures for return applications, review, processing, and related rights and responsibilities. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this policy. Formulated in compliance with U.S. e-commerce return regulations and tailored to the uniqueness of custom products, this policy prioritizes protecting the legitimate rights and interests of both buyers and sellers.

I. Core Principle

POD t-shirts are custom-made products with uniqueness and exclusivity, and no returns are accepted for non-quality issues. If the product has quality defects or fulfillment errors, you may apply for a return/exchange/refund in accordance with this policy, and we commit to providing a convenient after-sales solution.

II. Eligible Return Scenarios (Application Must Be Submitted Within 30 Days of Receipt)

1. Printing quality issues: Blurred patterns, missing prints, wrong prints, fading (provided the washing method complies with the stated requirements), severe misalignment of patterns, etc.;

2. Fabric and craftsmanship issues: Damaged fabric, loose threads, skipped stitches, holes upon receipt, or significant discrepancies between the actual size and the marked size (error exceeding 2cm);

3. Fulfillment errors: Sending the wrong style, wrong color, or receiving a product not customized by you (order screenshot and physical photos are required as evidence);

4. Shipping damage: If outer packaging is damaged and the inner item is impaired upon signing for receipt, please take photos on the spot and contact customer service. A return can be applied for after verification.

III. Return Application and Processing Procedures

1. Submit Application: Within 30 days of receiving the goods, send an email to [Your Customer Service Email] indicating the order number, reason for return, contact information, and attach clear photos/videos of the product issue (the full product and details of the issue must be clearly displayed) to facilitate quick review;

2. Review Feedback: We will complete the review within 1-2 business days, and the review result will be notified via email. Upon approval, return instructions and a free prepaid return label will be sent simultaneously, and there is no need to bear the return shipping cost;

3. Return the Product: Please properly package the product (original packaging is recommended) within 7 days of receiving the return label, attach the label, and send it back via the designated carrier (USPS/UPS). Keep the return tracking number for follow-up; the returned product must be unwashed, unused, with intact tags, and no personal damage;

4. Inspection and Processing: We will complete quality verification within 3 business days of receiving the returned product. After confirming that it meets the return conditions, it will be processed as follows:
        

  - Refund: A full refund (including product price and initial shipping fee) will be issued via the original payment method. The refund processing time is usually 3-7 business days (subject to the processing time of the payment institution);

  - Exchange/Re-print: The same custom t-shirt will be re-printed and shipped for free, with no additional charges for re-printing or secondary shipping. The processing time is the same as regular orders (1-3 business days);

  - Special Note: If the value of the returned product is low (single item below $25), to improve efficiency, a refund can be arranged directly through mutual negotiation without returning the product (i.e., refund-only service).

IV. Return Scenarios Not Accepted

1. Failure to submit a return application within 30 days of receiving the goods, or failure to provide valid evidence when applying;

2. Return requests due to non-quality issues such as personal aesthetic preferences, wrong size selection (a detailed size chart is provided before ordering), or changes to custom designs;

3. Stains, damage caused by personal reasons after receipt, damage due to improper washing (e.g., high-temperature washing, bleaching), or removed tags/modified products;

4. Custom t-shirts with no obvious quality issues that have been used (including washed or worn);

5. Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, accidental damage during transportation with relevant proof issued by the carrier) shall be the responsibility of the carrier. We will assist in coordinating claims but will not directly accept returns.

V. Special Notes

1. Quality Issue Review Standards: Based on the factory quality inspection standards and order customization requirements, slight print color differences (caused by fabric material or display device differences) and minor defects that do not affect use are not considered quality issues and will not be accepted for return;

2. Use of Return Label: The free return label is valid for 7 days. If not used within the validity period, please contact customer service to reissue it; if the product is lost or delayed due to failure to return it in accordance with the guidelines for personal reasons, the applicant shall bear the responsibility;

3. Policy Revisions: This policy may be revised in accordance with relevant U.S. regulations and operational needs. Revised policies will be posted on the store's homepage and take effect on the date of posting. Previous orders will still be subject to the original policy.
