  • Your registered email address, or your WhatsApp phone number
  • Optional: Additional description of the data scope you wish to delete

Processing Timeframe


We will verify your request and complete all data deletion operations within 7 business days upon receipt of your valid application.

A formal confirmation reply will be sent to your submitted email after completion.
