Terms of Service for Anhui Guolan

These Terms of Service govern your use of Anhui Guolan Marketing Platform(“the App”), provided by Anhui Guolan Network Technology Co., Ltd.

The App connects to LinkedIn Marketing APIs to provide professional services including LinkedIn content publishing, advertising delivery, audience targeting, lead generation, and overseas customer acquisition.

1. Service Scope


The App enables users to manage LinkedIn Company Pages, publish social content, run and optimize ad campaigns, analyze marketing data, and manage business leads through authorized API access.

2. User Obligations


You agree that:

  • All content published via the App complies with LinkedIn Community Guidelines
  • Advertising creatives, targeting settings, and landing pages comply with LinkedIn Advertising Policies
  • You hold valid legal authorization to manage the relevant LinkedIn Pages and ad accounts
  • You will not use the App for spam, fraud, automated scraping, or any prohibited activities

3. API Compliance


The App uses LinkedIn Marketing Developer Platform APIs and strictly complies with:

  • LinkedIn API Terms of Use
  • LinkedIn Marketing API Program Terms
  • Data minimization and user authorization requirements
  • Prohibited uses including scraping, misuse of lead data, and unauthorized commercial use

4. Intellectual Property


All trademarks, data, and content from LinkedIn remain the property of LinkedIn or its respective owners.

The technology, interface, and algorithms of the App are owned by Anhui Guolan Network Technology Co., Ltd.

5. Data Protection


We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect user data and comply with global privacy laws and regulations.

6. Service and Liability


We strive to maintain stable and reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We are not liable for losses caused by LinkedIn API changes, platform policy updates, or user violations of these Terms.
